Ownership

The sale can be completed either through the acquisition of the holding company or through a direct purchase of the properties. Both structures are possible and can be adapted to the buyer’s preferred setup.

Transaction Structure

Mivo will remain responsible for the operation of the estate and guarantees a minimum net income of EUR 250,000–300,000 per year for the first five years, subject to agreed terms.

The owner is entitled to 8 weeks of private use per year, allowing for a combination of investment return and personal use.

Ownership & Use

All units are sold fully furnished and ready for immediate use. The buildings are newly constructed and designed for year-round operation, with low expected maintenance costs in the coming years. Exterior finishing and final surface work were completed in the current year.
